3. PAY APPLICATION FEE
- Copy of applicant driver’s license/identification card
- Income verification
- Rental verification
- $40 criminal/credit background screening fee, per applicant
- $100 non-refundable administration fee (refundable if application is denied)
- Single room occupancy, 1 person per studio unit
- $299 security deposit – OAC – on renovated dorm style units
- $400 security deposit – OAC – on renovated micro style units
- Month-to-Month lease terms only on dorm style units
Pet Policy Information:
- One pet allowed per unit
- 35 lb. weight limit
- $25 monthly pet rent
- $600 pet deposit, $300 non-refundable
- Must provide photo of pet prior to move-in
